I just realized that all four specific requests re: the flat we found were answered with a clear and immediate YES!
The Landlady came down off her price to what we offered her.
Eric liked the place a lot.
The Landlady met us and liked us, too.
And we secured it with a contract that night.
It's just amazing when that happens!?! Wow!
